Hollywood Walk of Fame administrators made an oopsie when they dissed reality TV stars on their Facebook page. On Monday they posted, “Someone asked if we give reality show characters stars? Hell to the No!”
But what they probably didn’t realize is that the phrase “hell to the no” was coined in 2005 by Whitney Houston on the reality TV show Being Bobby Brown. The term was even nominated for a VH1 “Big in 05″quote of the year.
While the Walk of Fame snobs ignore reality TV, the genre continues to score high ratings, bring in big profits, and impact our culture. Is Hollywood afraid of Kim Kardashian and Snooki? Hell to the yes.

Julie, Jonathan just sent me this. Oh my god! That is amazing. Thanks for the laughs and for making an excellent point. Reality TV really has shaped our culture, regardless of what some might like to think.
Thanks Jacko
